For deliveries within the EU we include a standard shipping rate included within the purchase. For deliveries outside of the EU your order may be subject to duties and taxes to be paid to your local customs office before delivery can be completed. This will be in addition to the price paid for delivery on our site and this amount changes depending on the destination country. As each country has different duties please check with the customs office in your country to get more information on whether this is applicable and how much it will cost before placing your order.

We accept returns on full price items 28 days from point of sale. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items. If there are any faults with purchased items please contact us at ourstudio.am@gmail.com and we will be happy to refund/exchange
